Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable efficient coordination and communication, driving successful project outcomes and enhancing client relationships. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate all aspects of service engagement to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team. - You will monitor project progress and address any issues or risks proactively. - You will facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to align goals and expectations. - You will support the Services team in resource planning and workload management. - You will contribute to process improvements to enhance service efficiency. - You will prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in service delivery or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously. - Experience working in a remote or virtual environment. - Proficiency with project management tools and software. - Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology consulting or IT services industry. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies. - Certification in project management (PMP, Scrum Master, etc.). - Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
