Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in enabling all aspects of service delivery by acting as a liaison between the Services team and clients. Your focus will be on ensuring seamless communication, efficient service execution, and fostering strong client relationships to support project success. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and oversee service engagement activities to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the primary point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear communication. - You will monitor service performance metrics and report on progress to stakeholders. - You will identify and resolve service delivery issues proactively to maintain client satisfaction. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service strategies with client needs. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to enhance service capabilities. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service processes. - You will manage contract deliverables and ensure compliance with agreed terms. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with remote work and virtual team coordination. - Proficiency in service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with contract management and compliance standards. - Certification in ITIL or related service management frameworks. - Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising service teams.
