What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee all aspects of service engagements to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear and consistent communication. - You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align resources and resolve any service-related issues. - You will monitor service performance metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to maintain high service standards. - You will handle escalations promptly and work towards effective resolution. - You will contribute to the development of service strategies that enhance client satisfaction. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate cross-functional projects. - Experience with remote work environments and virtual team management. - Proficiency in service management tools and CRM software. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or IT services industry. - Certification in ITIL or related service management frameworks. - Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum. - Multilingual abilities to support diverse client bases.
