What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with service performance monitoring and reporting tools. - Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining team collaboration. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with CRM and service management software. - Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2). - Previous experience supervising or leading service teams.
