Role Overview: As a Services Engagement Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless service operations by acting as the primary liaison between the Services team and clients. Your leadership will enable effective communication, coordination, and execution of service engagements to meet client expectations and drive project success. What You'll Do: - You will act as the main point of contact between the Services team and clients to facilitate clear communication. - You will coordinate service delivery activities to ensure timely and quality execution of projects. - You will monitor service engagement progress and address any issues or risks proactively. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align service objectives with client needs. - You will provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members. - You will identify opportunities for process improvements within service engagements. - You will ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements throughout service delivery. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships effectively. - Proven ability to coordinate multiple projects and teams simultaneously. - Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment. - Proficiency with project management tools and software. - Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with contract management and service level agreements (SLAs). - Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, or similar). - Multilingual skills or experience working with international clients.
