What You'll Do: - You will manage and oversee all aspects of service engagements to ensure timely and quality delivery. - You will act as the main point of contact between clients and the Services team, facilitating clear and consistent communication. - You will coordinate cross-functional teams to align resources and schedules with project requirements. - You will monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance client satisfaction. - You will resolve escalated issues promptly to maintain strong client relationships. - You will prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders. - You will support the onboarding and training of new team members to uphold service standards. - You will contribute to process optimization initiatives to increase operational efficiency. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in service management or client engagement roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Experience with remote team coordination and virtual collaboration tools. - Proficiency in service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the technology or consulting industry. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks. - Certification in ITIL or related service management disciplines. - Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising remote teams.
