Role Overview: As an Infrastructure Engineer at Innova, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining the IT infrastructure that supports our client’s business operations. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage complex systems and ensure high availability and security. What You'll Do: - You will design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions to meet business needs. - You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements. - You will maintain and update documentation related to infrastructure configurations and procedures. - You will ensure compliance with security policies and best practices. - You will participate in disaster recovery planning and execution. - You will support cloud infrastructure and hybrid environments. - You will provide technical support and guidance to junior team members. What You Bring: - You have 3+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related IT role. - You possess strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. - You are proficient with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - You have experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - You demonstrate solid networking skills including TCP/IP, DNS, and VPN. - You have excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or PowerShell. - Certifications like CCNA, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator. - Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes. - Prior experience working in a hybrid cloud environment.
