This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented professional who can manage complex systems and ensure high availability and security. What You'll Do: - You will design, deploy, and manage scalable infrastructure solutions to meet business needs. - You will monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement infrastructure improvements and upgrades. - You will maintain and enforce security protocols to protect company data and systems. - You will automate routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce manual intervention. - You will document infrastructure configurations, processes, and changes. - You will provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders. - You will participate in disaster recovery planning and execution. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in infrastructure engineering or a related IT role. - Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server environments. - Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V. - Proficiency in network configuration and management. - Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Bonus Points If You Have: - Certifications such as CCNA, MCSE, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect. - Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform or Ansible. - Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes. - Previous experience working in a hybrid work environment.
