What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - You have strong knowledge of order processing systems and CRM software. - You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - You demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach.
