This position is full-time and contract-based for 12 months, with the possibility of extension, and is 100% remote. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. - You will provide timely and professional support to customers regarding order status and inquiries. - You will collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - You will handle pre-order activities, including order entry and verification. - You will resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as needed. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service processes. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams to support customer satisfaction. What You Bring: - You bring at least 3 years of experience in customer service or order management roles. - You have strong knowledge of order processing systems and CRM software. - You possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - You are detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - You have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. - You demonstrate a customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in a remote environment. - Familiarity with sales support and inventory management. - Knowledge of ERP systems. - Bilingual abilities or additional language skills.
