This full-time contract position offers the opportunity to work remotely while contributing to the seamless operation of our order management processes. What You'll Do: - You will manage and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. - You will provide timely and professional support to customers regarding order status and inquiries. - You will collaborate with sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment. - You will handle pre-order activities, including order entry and verification. - You will resolve customer issues and escalate complex cases as needed. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the customer service department. - You will utilize CRM and order management systems to track and update order information. What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or order management roles. - Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in a contract or remote customer service role. - Knowledge of sales support processes and terminology. - Familiarity with logistics and supply chain operations. - Additional language skills.
