What You Bring: - Minimum of 3 years experience in customer service or order management roles. - Proficiency with CRM software and order management systems. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote work environment. - Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities. - High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
