We are currently seeking skilled and dedicated individuals to join our growing team at our Trenton, NJ facility. Work Schedule: Based at our Trenton, NJ facility in a 1st shift capacity, with typical work hours being 7:00am – 3:30pm. Role Summary: Electrical Assemblers are responsible for performing electrical wiring and assembly tasks as part of the manufacturing process. This role involves reading schematics, wiring control panels, assembling electrical components, and ensuring all electrical work meets quality and safety standards. Essential Responsibilities: Assembly of electrical installations, cable ducts, cable and cable lines. Distribution of circuits, wiring and installation. Cabling of switchgear (low and medium voltage). Testing systems for function and safety standards Qualifications/Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent Completed technical vocational training as an electrician. Previous manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read circuit diagrams. Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Knowledge of health and safety regulations. Compensation Range: $22.00/hr.--$37.00/hr. (Varies depending on relevancy of experience, technical certifications and other job-related criteria)
