Bachelor’s degree, 3-5 years product management experience, proficiency with Google and Microsoft suites, familiarity with Agile, and strong communication and collaboration skills.
Description: • Develop complex business cases, product line pro-forma, or other decision analysis projects • Independently manage one or more simultaneous product initiatives through the full product life cycle • Conduct research on competition, users, and customers to inform product strategy • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (marketing, sales, services, solution architects) to launch product initiatives • Execute product roadmap(s) and plan sprints; use outcome-based prioritization frameworks • Understand technical architecture at a high level and identify impacted technical components • Communicate product initiatives and priorities to team, product leadership and stakeholders • Synthesize diverse inputs into a compelling product story and present to stakeholders • Provide cross functional influence and build productive internal and external relationships • Engage customers to gain deeper insight and validate decision-making • Maintain prioritized backlog and write high quality requirements and user stories • Break down work into small user stories and actively participate in Agile ceremonies • Coordinate analytics, UX, design, and business readiness activities (inputs & dependencies) • Ensure product quality; contribute to QA testing and own/execute UAT • Identify risks and issues and proactively find solutions • Perform other duties as assigned and comply with company policies and standards Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, technology or related area required • 3-5 years of related work experience; or any equivalent combination of experience and training • Previous healthcare supply chain and logistics is a plus • Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite • Product Owner Certification a plus • Experience managing product initiatives through full product life cycle • Experience conducting competition, user, and customer research including win-loss and profitability analysis • Experience executing product roadmaps, backlog management, and writing high-quality user stories • Familiarity with Agile ceremonies, QA testing, and UAT • Ability to create and present information to non-executive audiences • Strong collaboration, communication, problem solving, and influence skills • Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future • Position is not eligible for student visa sponsorship, including F-1 OPT or CPT Benefits: • Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance • Basic and Supplemental Life Insurance options • 401(k) retirement plans with company match • Health Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA) • Flexible time off and 11 paid holidays • Family-building benefits, including Maternity, Adoption, and Parental Leave • Tuition Reimbursement and certification support • Wellness and Mental Health counseling services • Concierge and work/life support resources • Adoption Assistance Reimbursement • Perks and discount programs • Annual discretionary bonuses through our Core Company Performance Bonus Plan • Equity grants, sign-on bonuses, and other tailored incentive opportunities • Additional discretionary compensation such as Growing Revenue Incentives, Corporate or VIP Bonuses, Deferred compensation opportunities
