• * This is a fully REMOTE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR position. ** We are looking for passionate Customer Service Agents for our February 18, 2026 class to represent one of the world's most prestigious Home Décor and Homeware Brands. This is a virtual customer support job taking incoming calls, working from home using your own computer equipment that meets the technical requirements outlined below. You must be able to establish a designated workspace, free from noise and distractions, to handle incoming phone calls. We provide client support via PHONE/CHAT, assisting with client inquiries, troubleshooting and general support. • technical requirements described below* Production schedule will vary anywhere between 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Eastern, Monday-Sunday. Must be able to work at least one weekend day and have a flexible schedule. • Pay Rate:  Production: $15.60/hour ; Training: $14.40/hour • Training: 12 days • Training Schedule: Monday - Fridays, 9 AM - 6 PM EST • Work Schedule: Saturday - Wednesday, 9 AM - 5:30 PM EST • Work-At-Home: Fully virtual position • Technology: You will need to have your own equipment.
