Inkblot Analytics is a full-service market research and analytics firm. We are looking for a FULL TIME Market Researcher or Consumer Insights Specialist to help design, implement, and execute various research projects for clients. This position is 100% remote. The Full Time Market Researcher or Consumer Insights Specialist is REQUIRED to meet the following: • 2-4 years of market research experience • Ability to use survey platforms, such as Alchemer • Ability to use data analysis platforms like RStudio, Displayr, or Q Research Software The Full Time Market Researcher or Consumer Insights Specialist is RESPONSIBLE for the following: • Being able to listen to a client's challenges and translate those challenges into a survey that can provide solutions. • Being able to write an effective survey using best practices of survey design. • Program surveys using online cloud-based platforms, such as Qualtrics, Surveymonkey, or Alchemer. • Collect data from large groups of consumers • Assess data quality and clean data in a way that doesn't skew the results • Execute statistical analysis on the data collected in a way that yields insights for the client • Design a report that shows the support of the data but also tells a story that ties the survey results together. • Assessing survey items and scales for their psychometric properties To perform the previously listed responsibilities, the Full Time Market Researcher or Consumer Insights Specialist should have the following skills: • Experience in market research or related research discipline • Degree in psychology, marketing, market research, or related discipline • Knowledge of basic statistical analysis (crosstabs, regression, etc) • Excellent knowledge with at least one online survey platform • Excellent knowledge working with panel providers Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote
