The Role As the Regional Sales Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our product launch strategy. You will recruit top talent, develop future leaders, and ensure your team is aligned with corporate objectives while driving sales performance in the field. This is an active role where you will coach your team through complex sales cycles and foster a culture of excellence and integrity. Key Responsibilities • Build & Lead a High-Performing Team: Recruit top-performing Therapeutic Specialty Representatives and nurture their development through effective coaching and training. • Drive Strategic Execution: Collaborate with the VP of Sales to shape national sales strategies and translate them into actionable plans that reflect local market conditions. • Coach for Impact: Engage in regular field rides to mentor your team, helping them master the consultative sales approach needed for Anaphylm. • Navigate Market Access Complexity: Understand regional payer landscapes and work with your team to develop strategies that enhance patient access to our products. • Foster Cross-Functional Alignment: Work with various departments to ensure cohesive brand execution and share valuable market insights. • Ensure Operational Excellence: Maintain CRM disciplines and monitor compliance with industry regulations.
