With a strong partnership with a leading Biotechnology company, we support Commercial, Patient Solutions, and Medical Affairs businesses to enhance patient and client experiences through innovative communication strategies. Role Overview: As an Inbound Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for our client, managing inbound communications to support patient enrollment and provide exceptional service. Your role is crucial in ensuring qualified patients are enrolled efficiently while maintaining high standards of professionalism and empathy. What You'll Do: - You will handle inbound calls to assist patients and clients with enrollment and service inquiries. - You will accurately document patient information and ensure compliance with company protocols. - You will collaborate with internal teams to resolve patient issues and provide timely updates. - You will maintain confidentiality and adhere to regulatory requirements in all communications. - You will provide clear, empathetic, and professional communication to enhance patient experience. - You will participate in ongoing training to stay current with product knowledge and service standards. - You will contribute to process improvements by providing feedback based on patient interactions. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or biotechnology. - Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly. - Proficiency in using CRM software and telecommunication systems. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience working in patient enrollment or medical affairs. - Knowledge of biotechnology products and healthcare regulations. - Bilingual abilities to support diverse patient populations. - Previous experience in a call center environment.
