National Referral Director – Hospice & Home Health (Part-Time | Remote) Inhouse Recruiting Solutions, LLC We’re seeking a well-connected professional in the Hospice, Palliative Care, Home Health, Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, or Healthcare space to join us as a National Referral Director. This part-time (10–20 hrs/month) role offers a six-figure income opportunity in the first year with a residual commission structure and full flexibility. What You’ll Do: • Leverage your industry network to introduce new client relationships. • Represent Inhouse Recruiting Solutions within the Hospice & Home Health community. • Collaborate with leadership to grow national partnerships. Ideal Candidate: • Deep network in Hospice, Home Health, or DME sales leadership (Director/VP level). • Strong relationship builder and trusted industry connector.
