About the Company An international company in a growth stage is looking for a Data Analyst to join its regional team. This is a dynamic, innovative, and results-driven organization with a strong focus on leveraging data to support strategic decision-making. The selected candidate will be responsible for collecting, transforming, and analyzing business data to design actionable dashboards in Power BI and generate insights that support key decisions across commercial, operational, and financial areas. Key Challenges • Connect data sources and build SQL queries to clean, transform, and consolidate information. • Design, publish, and maintain dashboards in Power BI with key KPIs for different areas. • Analyze trends, explain variations, and prepare reports with actionable recommendations. • Collaborate with internal teams to translate business requirements into clear and useful metrics. • Maintain documentation and standardization of KPIs, ensuring data quality and traceability. • Automate processes and propose new metrics to improve decision-making. What We Value • Solid experience with Power BI (or similar tools such as Looker/Tableau). • Advanced SQL (BigQuery or other cloud environments). • Applied statistics knowledge for exploratory analysis, trends, and correlations. • Experience in KPI management and standardization. • Strong practices in data quality control and validation. • Nice to have: basic knowledge of Python, dbt, and machine learning. • Clear communication skills to turn data into stories that non-technical audiences can understand. • Business orientation and the ability to prioritize by impact. • Collaborative mindset and stakeholder management in dynamic environments. • Attention to detail, critical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset. • Intermediate/advanced English.
