Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager for ONLINE COURSES With an ECLECTIC Author that is 2nd to NONE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our audience, and drive traffic to our digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of social media marketing, content creation, Product Funnels, Email Marketing and analytics to effectively manage our online presence across various channels. Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. • Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities through social listening. • Utilize Advanced tools for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics. • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO to improve visibility. • Collaborate with graphic designers to produce visually appealing content using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator). • Manage Facebook Advertising campaigns to drive targeted traffic and conversions. • Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with the online community. • Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines. • Stay updated on industry trends in digital marketing, e-commerce, and public relations. Requirements • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. • Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. • Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer. • Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail in proofreading. • Experience in content creation including photography and video editing is preferred. • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. • Strong relationship management skills with a focus on community engagement.
