About The Role & Team West Coast PSP/ISV Solutions Manager Reporting to the Head of Business Development, PSP & ISV, this role will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth for the company with PSPs and ISVs primarily focused on the west coast of North America. The ideal candidate will have strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with an understanding of market trends and customer needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company’s success by contributing to one of the top 5 priorities of the organization. What You’ll Do • Identify New Business Opportunities: Research and analyze market trends, industry sectors, and competitors to identify potential new clients, markets, and business opportunities. • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the client base and increasing revenue. • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. • Lead Negotiations: Engage with prospective clients and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms that align with company goals while maintaining strong customer relationships. • Sales Pipeline Management: Track leads, prospects, and opportunities through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups, proposal submissions, and closure of deals. • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure alignment on business development strategies and deliver tailored solutions to clients. • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to provide valuable insights that shape the company’s business development strategies. • Reporting and Performance Metrics: Regularly report on business development activities, revenue targets, and performance metrics to senior leadership. • Client Retention and Expansion: Focus on customer retention strategies and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling existing clients. • Represent the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to represent the company and generate new business leads. About Your Skills • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus. • Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in Payments.
