Full Description

Description: • Drive the full product lifecycle from MVP through scalable production release • Build frontend components delivering responsive UIs with modern frameworks • Develop backend APIs and databases that are scalable and maintainable • Integrate and manage third-party APIs for seamless data flow • Analyze data and build efficient data pipelines (preferred but not mandatory) • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions • Work on multiple internal projects with both backend and frontend responsibilities • Design well-structured, robust APIs enabling seamless integration and future maintenance Requirements: • Solid knowledge and hands-on experience with frontend technologies and frameworks (mid-level or higher) • Proven expertise in backend development, API design, and database management • Experience with data analysis and pipeline construction is a plus • Skilled in modern development tools and AI-assisted coding (e.g., Cursor, Copilot) • Prior experience in data/web scraping, MarTech, or SalesTech is highly desirable • Strong architectural mindset focused on scalability, maintainability, and clean integration points • Experience with Python and Node.js, React and/or Vue; PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB, S3, Redis, REST or GraphQL, AWS, Git • Language: Ukrainian/Russian required, fluent English (upper-intermediate or higher) would be a plus • Startup-savvy with MVP mindset • Work schedule availability: Monday to Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM/10:00 PM EEST (Kyiv Time) Benefits: • Opportunity to work on great innovative and transforming projects; • Professional development; • Competitive compensation in USD; • Professional, friendly, fast-growing team; • Reduced Fridays during summer.
