Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Infoway Software is seeking a Telecom Project Manager to lead and execute a variety of telecom-focused initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage telecom transitions, modernize voice services, and drive cost-saving strategies across voice and data environments. Responsibilities • Develop and execute project plans to transition services from one telecom provider to another • Lead legacy voice savings initiatives and perform telephony cleanup across the enterprise • Support efforts to migrate from POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) to modern telecom services • Oversee and manage environments involving PRI, VoIP, PBX, and PSTN technologies • Negotiate with telecom service providers, including handling contracts, pricing, and service agreements • Drive voice and data cleanup activities and develop strategies to optimize service utilization • Lead and support cost-saving initiatives within the telecom space, identifying opportunities to reduce spend and eliminate redundant services • Collaborate with networking teams and apply foundational networking experience to support telecom project delivery Skills • Proven experience managing telecom-related projects in an enterprise environment • Strong understanding of POTS, PRI, VoIP, PBX/PSTN, and related telecom technologies • Experience with telecom provider transitions and contract negotiations • Background in telecom cost optimization, cleanup efforts, and voice/data service consolidation • Networking knowledge sufficient to support telecom infrastructure planning and execution Company Overview • Infoway software is a staffing and recruiting company specializing in software outsourcing services.
