Job Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced Executive/Administrative Assistant to join our office located at Rocky Hill.The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented professional who excels in providing comprehensive administrative support to executive leadership. Responsibilities: • Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation by executives. • Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments as needed. • Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by executive leadership. • Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating with various departments. Requirements: • Proven experience as an executive or administrative assistant, supporting senior management. • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. • Proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making capabilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Associate Degree is must.
