Financial Data & Systems Analyst Duration: 6 months (extension/conversion potential) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 2 days onsite/week preferred) Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST Overview Financial Data & Systems Analyst supporting a Business Enablement team focused on portfolio management, financial reporting, and system optimization. The role combines financial data management, reporting support, automation initiatives, and technical troubleshooting within a collaborative enterprise environment. Responsibilities • Support and resolve SharePoint, Power Apps, and Power Automate requests • Assist with system upgrades, integrations, and reporting automation initiatives • Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical and system-related issues • Validate funding requests and review contracts • Maintain and enhance financial data structures and repositories • Support reporting, analytics, and data governance initiatives • Collaborate with Finance, IT, and Business Enablement teams to improve data quality and processes • Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment Must-Have Qualifications • Post-secondary degree • 3+ years of experience with: • Power Automate • SharePoint • Power Apps • Power BI • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Experience troubleshooting and resolving technical/system issues Nice-to-Have • Previous Financial Analyst or Business Management experience • Experience supporting systems development initiatives • SQL experience • Technical or programming background • Database knowledge
