Intermediate and Senior Business Analyst – IBM TRIRIGA / Enterprise Real Estate Duration: Until October 30, 2026 (extension/conversion potential) Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – 4 days onsite/week) Hours: Core business hours Overview Intermediate and Senior Business Analysts supporting an Enterprise Real Estate modernization initiative with a strong focus on IBM TRIRIGA. The role will work closely with business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, support solution delivery, and enhance enterprise real estate and facilities management processes within a large-scale environment. Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements • Support modernization initiatives focused on IBM TRIRIGA and enterprise real estate platforms • Partner with business and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions • Analyze current-state processes and support future-state design initiatives • Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and requirements sessions • Support testing activities including UAT, defect tracking, and validation • Identify and manage project risks, dependencies, assumptions, and impacts • Contribute to project planning, documentation, and Agile delivery activities Must-Have Qualifications • 3-5+ years of Business Analyst experience with IBM TRIRIGA • Strong hands-on experience supporting TRIRIGA within enterprise real estate / IWMS environments • Experience with TRIRIGA modules such as: • Capital Projects • Lease Administration • Facilities & Operations • Maintenance Management • Strong understanding of real estate and facilities management business processes • Experience working in Agile environments • Strong experience with Jira and Confluence • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills • Ability to work effectively within complex, matrixed organizations Nice-to-Have • Exposure to other IWMS platforms such as Planon, Nuvolo, MRI, Archibus, or Eptura • Experience within large enterprise or financial services environments
