Full Description

Position: Program Management Support Full Time / NAVWAR Description We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to support a major Navy Acquisition Program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in program management and financial planning within the Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition environment. Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain program status reporting. · Assist the Assistant Program Manager (APM) in identifying risks and opportunities early, providing mitigation strategies, and calculating potential "should-cost" savings; update these assessments on a monthly basis. · Prepare high-level informational and decisional presentations to support program objectives and stakeholder engagement, including: o Collaborative Program Reviews (CPRs) o Annual Program Office Reviews (APORs) o Ad hoc briefings as required · Manage and respond to data calls and track action items to ensure timely completion and high-quality deliverables. · Provide support throughout the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) cycle, including Program Requirements Review (PRR) development. · Lead the development of spend plans and budget execution briefings to support effective financial planning and tracking. · Liaise independently with external programs, commands, and stakeholders to drive program objectives and maintain alignment. · Coordinate with the contracting team to gather vendor quotes, obtain APM concurrence, and track procurement actions through delivery. · Support and track Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests (MIPRs) as needed. Basic Qualifications: · Active Security Clearance is REQUIRED. · Bachelor's degree is REQUIRED. · Experience in program management, engineering/science management, operations research analysis, or financial/cost analysis. · Demonstrated experience supporting Navy Acquisition Program Offices, particularly ACAT-level programs. · Familiarity with acquisition planning processes, including the development of Acquisition Program Baselines (APBs), Acquisition Decision Memoranda (ADMs), and supporting briefs. · Financial planning expertise, including PRR development, POM exhibits, spend plan generation, and budget execution briefings. · Proven ability to coordinate installation activities and track procurement actions. · Skilled in the creation of acquisition briefs, point papers, and senior-level data call responses. · Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization. · Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Flank Speed applications. · Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands. Additional Qualifications: · Experience with MIPRs (Military Interdepartmental Purchase Requests) strongly preferred. · Experience with Navy Enterprise Planning (NERP) reports desired · Existing CAC, Flank Speed access/email, and SIPR token desired COMPANY: www.infotechsvp.com InfoTech provides technical and program management services to the Navy and Department of Defense including the design, integration, and support of Navy systems.
