In the assigned Job Role of Package Project Lead 3, your Area Of Responsibility will be as below: • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to ensure cohesive project execution and alignment with objectives • Engage with senior stakeholders and executive leadership to define project scope and foster consensus for successful outcomes • Evaluate and refine project management processes by incorporating best practices for improved efficiency and effectiveness • Establish quality benchmarks and implement risk management strategies to enhance project outcomes and mitigate organizational risks • Monitor project margins and ensure alignment between actual performance and financial targets • Develop RFP responses and participate in client discussions to finalize commercial estimates and drive Go-to-Market strategies • Engage in resource allocation, and set performance objectives to align team efforts with project goals • Lead organizational change initiatives and design training roadmaps to ensure smooth adoption of project-driven transformations Your contribution to the team: • Strategic leadership in executing Go-to-Market strategies • Specialized in managing large-scale ERP projects with a focus on strategic alignment, resource optimization, and stakeholder collaboration • Proactive planning to align project financials with organizational goals • Expertise in leading organizational change and fostering professional development within teams • Expertise in refining project management methodologies, risk mitigation, and quality assurance • Fostering an inclusive environment that respects diverse backgrounds and perspectives
