About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Analytics Manager to lead data-driven initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making. This role will oversee analytics strategy, manage data projects, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver actionable insights. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with advanced analytical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and manage a team of analysts to deliver high-quality insights and reporting Develop and execute analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals Oversee data modeling, forecasting, performance metrics, and KPI development Partner with stakeholders across departments to identify analytics needs and opportunities Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and governance best practices Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership in a clear, concise manner Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and methodologies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field 5+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Tableau, Power BI, or similar) Experience working with large datasets and complex analytical models Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills Employment Eligibility U.S. applicants only Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $155,000 – $165,000 annually Annual performance bonus: Typically 10%–20% of base salary 401(k) retirement plan Health insurance Dental and vision insurance Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Professional development opportunities Work Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Hybrid work environment offering flexibility between remote and in-office work We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
