Job Title: Business Strategy & Partnerships Associate Pay Rate: $36/Hr Duration: 12 Months (high potential for conversion based on performance) Location: Remote (Preferred: Athens, GA | Atlanta, GA | Orlando, FL) - occasional in-person meetings (1-2 times a Month) Shift - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time This position is for the Power/Energy division. We are looking for a Business Strategy & Partnerships Associate • Coordinate and schedule meetings across time zones with internal and external stakeholders • Draft and refine strategic documents, partnership proposals, and benefit analyses • Create compelling presentations for senior leadership and global teams • Support the evaluation and development of joint ventures and strategic alliances • Collaborate with our organisation's Ventures teams and other business units • Maintain organized documentation and follow-up actions for partnership initiatives • Contribute to strategic planning and execution of global partnership efforts Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Engineering, or related field • 2–3 years of professional experience in strategy, partnerships, consulting, or business development • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a global setting • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) Preferred Qualifications • Experience working in multicultural or international environments • Familiarity with venture capital, venture building, or corporate innovation • Exposure to energy, infrastructure, or industrial sectors • Language skills: German or Spanish preferred; other languages a plus • Understanding of AI applications in business or strategy • Experience with tools like Miro, Notion, or project management platforms (e.g., Asana, Monday.com) • Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive mindset in navigating complex stakeholder landscapes
