Posted Date 12/09/2025 Description The Business Analysis Group Manager is a senior management-level position responsible for liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information in a concise, logical and understandable way in coordination with the Technology team. The overall objective of this role is to contribute to continuous iterative exploration and investigation of business performance and other measures to gain insight and drive business planning. Responsibilities: • Manage multiple teams of business analysts supporting multiple systems or over a business analysis functional area (depending on size of business) with responsibilities including work allocation, budget and planning, performance evaluation • Business Requirements and roadmap; delivery management + liaison with technologists across functions to drive execution; responsibility for quality and productivity efforts • knowledge of technology delivery entire SDLC • Experience in global stakeholder management • compensation, staffing and other duties as assigned • Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure the efficient design, development and implementation and to ensure essential procedures are followed • Flexibility in attitude/ role and ability to pivot seamless between demands/ priorities • Develop strategy and guidelines for appropriate staffing requirements, exercising control over resources, budget management and planning and contributing to defining standards • Resolve issues that have impact beyond own area and apply in-depth understanding of business analysis concepts and procedures and basic knowledge of other areas • Work as a team to achieve objectives and influence and negotiate with senior leaders across functions, communicating with external parties as needed • Provide evaluative judgment based on analysis of information in complicated, unique and dynamic situations, drawing on diverse range of internal and external sources • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
