Job Description This role is based in our 605 3rd Ave, New York, NY 10158, USA office. We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Sales Data Analyst to join the Sales Enablement team at Informa NAB business units. The ideal candidate will have exceptional expertise in Excel and Salesforce (report and dashboard creation). This role involves analyzing sales data to optimize territories, quotas, pacing, and pipeline opportunities for growth. The Sales Data Analyst will collaborate closely with the Chief Commercial Officer, as well as heads of sales and finance, to drive data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, including pivot tables and advanced formulas, to support data analysis and reporting. Build and manage Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders. Prepare data to be used in creating territories, establishing quotas and sales pacing. Assist in setting sales territories and quotas based on data analysis Maintain sales performance dashboards in Salesforce Monitor sales pacing and pipeline performance to identify growth opportunities. Prepare and present data-driven reports to the Chief Commercial Officer and other senior leaders. Collaborate with sales and finance teams to align strategies and ensure data accuracy. Continuously improve data collection and analysis processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Analyze IIRIS data and work with non-endemic sales team to develop and prioritize strategy Qualifications Minimum four years’ experience as a Sales Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP, Power Pivot, Power Query and data visualization. Strong knowledge of Salesforce, with experience in creating reports and dashboards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience working in a sales environment Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities. Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus. Experience in the events, media or publishing industry is advantageous Additional Information The salary range for this role is $80k to 100k based on experience.
