About Infoquest Infoquest is a custom-sourcing expert network connecting leading consulting firms, investors, and corporates with vetted subject-matter experts for primary research. Headquartered in Beirut with entities in the UAE and a founding office in Bogota, we run on a purpose-built expert-network platform and a growing layer of internal data products that power performance, compliance, and client delivery. Role Summary A dedicated, full-time engineering role with two mandates. First, extend and improve our expert- network CRM with custom features, workflows, integrations, and interfaces built on the Exlink platform. Second, ensure the continuity and reliability of our internal reporting on BigQuery and Power BI. You will own a substantial backlog of business-critical work and remove a key single- point-of-failure risk in our data function. Engagement and Access Model Our CRM runs on the Exlink platform, our long-term technology partner. Direction and priorities come from Infoquest. Access to the platform is granted in phases as trust builds, under confidentiality terms agreed between Infoquest, Exlink, and the partner agency. • Phase 1: custom features, automations, reports, integrations, and UI extensions that sit alongside the platform without touching Exlink's core code, with Exlink providing a scoped environment and QA sign-off. • Phase 2: as familiarity builds, contributing directly within the Exlink codebase on Infoquest- commissioned features, following their architecture and review process. Key Responsibilities CRM Platform Development (Exlink) • Build, test, and maintain custom features and workflows across the expert lifecycle: lead import via the Chrome extension, outreach and compliance gating, screening, client portals, scheduling, transcripts, and billing. • Frontend in Vue 2, Vue 3, JavaScript, Tailwind, Bootstrap, and jQuery; backend in PHP, Laravel, and PostgreSQL on Docker and Nginx. • Build and maintain APIs and integrations with third-party systems (Zoom, Google, Microsoft Teams, Cronofy, Inex One, contact-enrichment tools). • Turn business requests into well-scoped work, then test, deploy, document, and maintain it within Exlink's architecture and review process. Data Products and Reporting (BigQuery and Power BI) • Partner with our Data and Internal Tools Manager to keep all live reports and dashboards running, accurate, and current. • Become a second owner of the data function: learn, document, and be able to operate and fix the pipelines, models, and dashboards so they no longer depend on one person. • Maintain and extend the data flows between the Exlink CRM and BigQuery, and support the KPI, NPS, and performance dashboards. • Write runbooks and SOPs so recurring data tasks are documented and reproducible. Requirements • 5+ years of professional full-stack development. • Strong PHP and Laravel with relational databases. PostgreSQL preferred; strong MySQL acceptable with a clear willingness to move to PostgreSQL. • Strong Vue.js (Vue 2 and Vue 3) and JavaScript, with Tailwind, Bootstrap, and jQuery, plus solid REST API and integration experience. • Comfortable with Docker in a Linux and Nginx environment, and grounded in OOP, MVC, SOLID, clean testable code, and sound schema design. • Self-directed and reliable, able to own a backlog and keep business-critical systems running, with strong documentation discipline. • Strong written English, clear communication, and meaningful overlap with Beirut and GCC hours. Nice to Have • BigQuery or another cloud data warehouse, and Power BI or comparable BI tooling. • Data-engineering exposure: pipelines, data modelling, and SQL tuning. • Experience maintaining a multi-tenant SaaS, or CRM, scheduling, billing, or compliance-heavy systems. • Familiarity with the expert-network or primary-research domain; experience with Go. Confidentiality and Compliance • Sign and adhere to confidentiality and data-protection undertakings covering Infoquest's expert and client data and proprietary workflows, and Exlink's platform and code, including non- circumvention and non-solicitation obligations. • Handle personal data on experts and clients in line with GDPR and UK GDPR and Infoquest's compliance standards. First 90 Days • Onboarded to the Exlink stack, current pipelines and dashboards documented, and the first custom features shipped from the backlog. • CRM requests clearing independently, with reporting running reliably and you established as a second owner. • Trusted to contribute within the Exlink codebase, with data continuity no longer a single point of failure.
