Lead technical configuration and administration of Veeva Vault applications including workflows, security, integrations, and user support in a regulated pharma environment.
Must have 10+ years IT experience, 3+ years pharma domain Veeva Vault implementation as technical lead, hands-on Veeva configuration skills, Veeva Vault Administrator certification, and knowledge of regulatory compliance.
Duration & Type: 9 months contract, extendable Location: Remote Responsibilities: • Serve as the technical and functional expert on the Veeva Vault applications (QualityDocs, Regulatory Information Management (RIM), Quality Management System). • Responsible for implementing configuration change requests on lifecycles, workflows, security settings, objects, and document types/subtypes. • Provide Veeva administration and operational support including user and security management, hierarchies, roles, data management, workflows and report creation as necessary. • Participate in requirements gathering efforts (Business Process/Functional and Technical Specifications) for the Veeva applications. • Coordinate with Veeva Managed Services for Veeva product releases and resolution of any major issues in the application. • Responsible for risk assessment of changes in the quarterly releases across all Veeva applications. • Monitor alerts and troubleshoot critical production issues impacting end-users, including system unavailability and data integrity issues. • Work directly with the support teams to bring open help desk issues to a resolution by triage and monitoring progress. • Provide training support for new Veeva users. • Oversee and participate, as needed, in system and user acceptance testing including IQ/OQ/PQ. • Draft and lead IT Change Control Process as required for Veeva Vault Applications Required: • 10+ years of experience in Information Technology • 3+ years of experience in Pharma domain implementing/configuring Veeva CRM, Veeva Vault or other Salesforce solutions • Experience in end-to-end Veeva implementations as a Technical Lead or Technical Architect • Hands-on expertise in configuring Veeva • Knowledge of Integration of Veeva with other downstream applications using Informatica and/or other ETL tools • Application development/architectural experience utilizing Apex, VisualForce, and SOQL, Web service and data migration • Experience in building Web Service enabled applications (SOAP and RESTful) • Veeva Vault Administrator certification • Understanding of life sciences content management principles, types, and taxonomies • Familiarity with 21CFR Part 11, regulatory compliance and validation standards • An advanced degree is a plus For consideration, please send resume to career@infoquestgroup.com
