Manage and optimize enterprise web analytics platforms, develop custom reports and segments, and collaborate with leadership to present insights.
8+ years of reporting and technical experience with Google Analytics and web tag managers, 4-5+ years managing enterprise web analytics platforms, strong Excel and communication skills, and knowledge of Agile practices.
MANDATORY SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: 1. 8 years reporting, and technical background Experience with Google Analytics (GA360, GA4), and Web tag managers (GTM, Tealium) 2. 4-5+ years' experience managing enterprise-class web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 360, GA4, Web Trends); expertise with web analytics platform migrations highly valuable 3. Proficiency developing custom reports, advanced segments, and complex goals, and the interpretation and presentation of findings 4. Intermediate Excel skills and an ability to integrate disparate data sets into clear, concise reports and insights 5. Strong communication skills to collaborate with leadership, experts and decision makers 6. Knowledge of agile ways of working and modern software development practices DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: At least 8 years of digital software development Passion for optimizing for best user experience using data and evidence Experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques and best practice
