Position: Senior IAM Security Engineer Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of Extension) Location: Columbia, SC Work Arrangement: 25% Hybrid (Schedule determined by manager; preference given to onsite candidates) Eligibility Requirements This position is open to US Citizens and Green Card Holders only. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Security Architect to join our Division of Information Security team. This is a new role focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and security automation. The position will involve implementing, integrating, and operationalizing security technologies while developing automation integrations among security tools. Key Responsibilities • Identity and Access Management: Ensure appropriate implementation and configuration of identity management, single sign-on (SSO), multi-factor authentication (MFA), Active Directory, and applications to support IT and security operations • Automation Development: Develop and implement automation for disparate security and enterprise IT tools • Enterprise Security Solutions: Plan, design, develop, and implement enterprise security solutions that align with business goals and risk tolerance • Threat Management: Design, deploy, and manage countermeasures to known security threats; develop preventative mitigation strategies for new and emergent threats to enterprise data, networks, and services • Security Validation: Ensure, validate, and measure the consistent application of protective measures throughout enterprise business applications and infrastructure support environments Required Qualifications Experience: • 8+ years of expert-level experience with identity and access control, logging, and reporting systems • 8+ years of expertise in automation development using Python and Bash • 8+ years of experience with Linux, Windows, network security protocols, and procedures • 8+ years of experience supporting large IT environments and/or system deployments • Strong cyber security awareness and understanding • Experience in information security architecture and solution design Education: • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or related field • OR 8 years of relevant work experience may be substituted in lieu of education Skills: • SIEM analysis and reporting • Knowledge of security frameworks: NIST, CSF, CJIS, IRS 1075, CMS MARS-E • Application Security (AppSec) experience Certifications: • CISSP, CISA, CISO, or equivalent advanced security certification • Additional relevant certifications (e.g., CEH, OSCP, GPEN) • Vendor certifications in SIEM or logging technologies Company DescriptionFounded in 2007 and headquartered in Herndon, Virginia, Info Labs Inc. is a trusted provider of staff augmentation, direct hire recruiting, workforce solutions, and specialized IT consulting services.
