Job Title: Compensation Consultant Work Location: Austin, TX - Hybrid (3 days/week onsite, 2 days/week remote) Top Skills: • Analytical Skills (ability to understand complex data) • Technical skills – Compensation analysis (understand salary ranges, market competitiveness, equity) • Problem solving – help solve complex compensation problems, modeling, etc. • Partnering with others and advising stakeholders Must-have qualifications: • 5+ years of hands-on compensation experience. • Strong skills in market benchmarking, job evaluation/leveling, salary structure design, and compensation analytics. • Advanced Excel skills experience with compensation platforms is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to partner with cross-functional stakeholders and influence leaders at all levels. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate complex analyses into clear recommendations. • High attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines. Preferred qualifications: • Experience in Sales Compensation. • Familiarity with US pay regulations and experience supporting multi-state compensation programs; global comp experience is a plus. • Experience with HRIS systems and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
