Program and Project Management highly organized, operationally minded Social Media Program Manager to help us scale and refine our systems. This role is ideal for a process-oriented leader who thrives on driving efficiency, managing complexity, and bringing cross-functional teams together through clear frameworks and repeatable workflows. Own and manage the integrated brand social media calendar, ensuring visibility and alignment across internal partners and platforms. Lead cross-functional coordination with marketing, creative, comms, and product teams to plan and execute brand-aligned programming. Create and evolve intake, review, and approval workflows to ensure on-time content delivery at scale. Drive clarity around roles, timelines, and expectations across global and regional teams for ongoing social initiatives. Process Development and Optimization Identify and implement process improvements to increase speed, reduce duplication, and improve cross-team collaboration. Build scalable systems for planning, scheduling, and publishing content across global social media platforms. Maintain documentation and training materials for social media workflows, templates, and governance practices. Partner with social operations, analytics, and creative teams to standardize campaign tracking and asset management. Strategic Planning and Alignment Translate enterprise-level goals into actionable social media strategies and programming plans. Collaborate with the broader brand team to define quarterly priorities, resourcing needs, and activation timelines.
