Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Trade & Commercial Manager to lead our commercial strategy, trade operations, and business growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in trade management , commercial operations , and building sustainable business relationships across local and international markets. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive revenue growth. • Manage trade operations including procurement, distribution, and supply chain management. • Identify new business development opportunities in local and international markets. • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and trade agreements with vendors and partners. • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and trade compliance regulations . • Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to ensure profitability and efficiency. • Build strong client and vendor relationships to expand the company's commercial network. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Supply Chain , or related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience as a Commercial Manager , Trade Manager , or in a similar role. • Strong knowledge of international trade , contracts, and negotiations. • Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
