We're seeking a skilled IT Project Manager to lead high-risk, high-visibility projects that strengthen local government practices across the Commonwealth. You'll be part of a strategic portfolio, ensuring delivery excellence and reducing systemic risks. What You’ll Do: • Lead and manage multiple high-risk IT projects from planning to close-out • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, agencies, and vendors • Develop risk management dashboards, tools, and reports • Provide project assurance, advisory support, and mentoring • Support the growth of the PM COE through training materials and best practices What We’re Looking For: • Strong experience in IT project management (preferably in government or public sector) • Proven ability to handle complex, high-risk initiatives • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • PMP or similar certification preferred
