Role includes policy development, Medicaid compliance, workflow design, KPI tracking, stakeholder engagement, and cross-sector coordination. Requirements: • Bachelor’s in Social Work, Criminal Justice, Psychology, or related field • Strong PM experience in Medicaid, juvenile justice, behavioral health, or public systems • Experience with policy development, operational models, KPIs, and stakeholder facilitation • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Preferred: Knowledge of EPSDT, TCM, Medicaid managed care, CMS policy changes, Indiana’s healthcare system, or justice-involved populations. PMP or equivalent certification a plus.
