Support classroom instruction by supervising students, maintaining order, assisting with assignments, and collaborating with staff.
Experience working with students, strong communication and teamwork skills, ability to manage classroom activities independently, and relevant certifications or training.
The Teaching Assistant supports classroom instruction and supervises students in the absence of the teacher. Responsibilities include attendance tracking, behavior monitoring, assignment support, and maintaining daily records. Key Responsibilities: • Supervise and guide students in completing assignments. • Maintain classroom order and a positive learning environment. • Support lesson plan implementation when teachers are absent. • Collaborate with staff and participate in faculty meetings. • Maintain confidentiality and prepare reports as needed. Requirements: • Experience working with students preferred. • Strong communication and teamwork skills. • Ability to manage classroom activities independently. • Substitute teaching permit a plus. • Completion of required training/certifications.
