Role: Help Desk / Data Quality Analyst Location: Indianapolis, IN (Hybrid) Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire Travel: No | Interview Mode: Video Job Summary: Seeking a skilled Data Quality Analyst to validate, standardize, and transform healthcare data from providers into actionable insights. The ideal candidate has strong T-SQL expertise, excellent analytical skills, and experience with healthcare data standards (IIS/HL7). Key Responsibilities: • Assess and improve data quality for immunization records (validation, de-duplication, standardization). • Write and optimize T-SQL queries to analyze and transform large datasets. • Collaborate with providers and public health teams to resolve data issues. • Develop data quality dashboards and performance metrics. • Support HL7/IIS data exchange standards and troubleshoot message integrity. • Prepare data-driven reports for leadership and document data quality best practices. Required Skills: • Bachelor’s in Public Health, Data Science, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 5+ years in T-SQL, data analysis, and large relational databases (SQL Server preferred). • Strong problem-solving and communication skills. • Experience with HL7, IIS, Power BI/Tableau, and data quality frameworks highly desired.
