Company Description Info-Linking is a decentralized, commission-free community platform that connects people with real needs to those offering services without middlemen. Our backend uses a Spring Boot microservices architecture with Postgres/MySQL for data persistence, supporting features like service listings, subscriptions, and direct payments — all without intermediaries or commissions. The mission is to simplify how people connect, collaborate, and transact. Info-Linking removes friction from everyday commerce by ensuring no fees and complete user control. We encourage freelancers, small business owners, and individuals to post services, match intelligently, and communicate directly. Currently in Beta, we are building a nationwide user base, starting with local entrepreneurs and small businesses, and eventually growing towards enterprise solutions and public-private partnerships. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Backend Developer (Spring Boot + Postgres/MySQL) who is Chinese-speaking at Info-Linking, located in Orange County, CA. The Backend Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining backend systems using Spring Boot and PostgreSQL/MySQL. The role involves designing, implementing, improving, and scaling backend applications to ensure optimal performance, security, and responsiveness. The candidate will work closely with front-end developers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to discussions on system architecture. Qualifications • Skills in Back-End Web Development and Software Development • Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) • Front-End Development knowledge is a plus • Strong Programming skills • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to collaborate in a team environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field • Knowledge of RESTful API standards and backend security best practices. • Experience integrating Stripe or similar payment APIs is highly preferred. • Familiarity with Redis, JWT, or Nacos is a plus. • Fluency in Chinese is required Work Arrangement • Hybrid schedule (minimum 2 days/week on-site in Irvine, CA). • Open to project-based contractors or full-time W2 employees. • Must be eligible to work in North America.
