THE ROLE We are looking for a qualified CPA, or someone with equivalent audit experience, to take on the position of Executive Communications Manager at Inflo. In this role, you will use your professional audit expertise to create and manage content that reflects the CEO's insights and supports Inflo's strategic direction. You will be responsible for producing technical audit and accounting content, including commentary on regulations and industry developments. You will work closely with the CEO, turning briefs into clear, accurate content for a global audience. You will also help shape the CEO's online presence and may represent the CEO's voice in select external communications. The role includes exploring and using AI tools to improve how content is created and shared. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Write and publish clear, accurate content about audit and accounting topics, including technical articles, guides, newsletters, interviews, and social media posts. Use your audit experience to produce content independently. • Work directly with the CEO to turn briefs into well-structured content that informs and educates our audience. Help shape the CEO's content strategy and identify opportunities to share practical insights and professional expertise. • Create and manage different types of content, such as written articles, videos, guides, and infographics, for the CEO's LinkedIn profile and other platforms. • Maintain a content calendar to ensure regular and timely publication of materials. • Develop and implement practical strategies to increase the CEO's LinkedIn followers and newsletter subscribers, focusing on useful and relevant content. • Build strong working relationships with colleagues and external contacts to ensure content meets the needs of the CEO and the wider business. • Stay up to date with changes in audit and accounting standards, industry news, and best practices, and reflect these in the content you produce. • Ensure all content supports Inflo's strategic goals and helps position the Audit Opinion website as a trusted source of professional insight. • Use AI tools to improve how content is created, shared, and measured, making the process more efficient. THE SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • CPA qualification or equivalent audit experience is required. • Experience producing technical audit and accounting content independently. • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to explain complex audit and accounting topics in clear, straightforward language. • Ability to use AI tools for content creation and performance analysis. • Organised and proactive, with experience planning and delivering regular content. • Good understanding of audit and accounting standards, industry trends, and professional developments. • Comfortable working closely with senior leaders and representing the CEO's professional voice. • Able to build strong relationships across the business and with external contacts.
