Inflection Point Partners (IPP) – Remote / Southern California Based About Inflection Point Partners Inflection Point Partners (“IPP”) is a specialized investment and advisory firm spun out of a 950+ employee residential and commercial services company. We acquire and advise founder-led, profitable lower middle-market businesses across sectors such as facility services, industrial services, property management, and engineering. IPP operates a growing white-label brokerage and referral platform that connects real estate professionals, business brokers, and private investors with off-market acquisition opportunities. We are expanding our reach into the industrial and commercial real estate ecosystem, and are seeking an experienced, well-connected Sales Account Manager to lead this initiative. Role Overview The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for identifying, pitching, and onboarding industrial and commercial real estate brokerages and agents to IPP’s white-label platform. You’ll manage the full relationship cycle — from outreach and presentation to onboarding, support, and long-term account growth — ensuring our partners are positioned to refer business owners or investors and share in commissions generated through successful transactions. This is a commission-only role with a strong override structure — ideal for a seasoned, networked professional with existing industry relationships and a hunter mentality. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute outreach strategy to industrial and CRE brokerages, tenant rep groups, and boutique agencies. • Present IPP’s white-label platform and partnership program to agency principals and top-producing agents. • Onboard and train brokerage partners to identify and refer qualified business-owner or investor leads. • Manage and grow ongoing relationships with key accounts; ensure consistent engagement and communication. • Collaborate with IPP leadership to refine referral compensation models and optimize partner success. • Track partner activity, deal flow, and commissions in Zoho CRM. • Represent IPP at real estate, industrial, and investment networking events. Qualifications • 5–10+ years of business development or account management experience in industrial or commercial real estate, capital markets, or related sectors. • Deep network of relationships among brokerage owners, industrial agents, and investment property professionals. • Demonstrated success in channel sales, affiliate programs, or partnership development. • Strong communication and presentation skills — comfortable pitching at both executive and agent levels. • Self-motivated, relationship-driven, and highly organized. • Experience using CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.). • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field preferred.
