Job Description: • Serve as a trusted advisor by understanding prospect business priorities, technology environments, and key stakeholders. • Conduct discovery and tailor solution demonstrations to align with each prospect’s unique supply chain needs. • Demonstrate Voice solution functionality, capability in relation to prospect needs. • Address technical and functional questions from prospects and sales team. • Translate customer requirements into deliverable, value-driven Infios Supply Chain solutions. • Collaborate with Voice hardware partners and internal teams to ensure effective solution design and fit. • Explain implementation requirements, timelines, and change management. • Support sales processes by completing RFPs, building service estimates, and facilitating smooth transitions to implementation. • Help manage existing voice accounts by performing Customer Satisfaction events to drive customer satisfaction and increase revenue. • Drive Software sales for the Infios voice team via new logos, including voice as part of WMS RFP’s and Honeywell Guided Work Solution (GWS) SaaS migrations. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Supply Chain, Industrial engineering preferred. • 10 years of supply chain experience, with strong knowledge of warehousing and fulfilment processes. • Experience with Honeywell Voice hardware/software solutions; familiarity with Infios Supply Chain (Warehouse Advantage) is a plus. • Strong written, verbal, sales, and presentation skills. • Detail-oriented self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset. • Willingness to travel 40-60% of the time.
