Infios is seeking a Director of Corporate Strategy and Strategic Programs, a key leadership role supporting enterprise-wide strategic planning and execution. This position will work closely with senior leadership to develop, communicate, and implement strategic initiatives that drive growth, operational excellence, and organizational alignment. The Director will provide analytical rigor, governance, and cross-functional coordination for strategic priorities, including corporate strategy development, financial modeling, M&A support, and partnership initiatives. This role offers exposure to high-impact projects and serves as a critical enabler of Infios’ long-term success. What a day in the life looks like: Thought partner with the Executive Leadership Team at the highest levels across several aspects of corporate strategy and organization design, partnering with HR to operationalize and close gaps. Drive organizational alignment on strategic priorities and key operational initiatives, aligning internal and external resources, ensuring progress, and flagging risks. Build strong relationships with business and functional leaders (Finance, HR, IT) to influence decision-making across the organization, provide thought partnership, and challenge to action as needed. Support the annual business planning process to ensure it fully captures required investments and value creation plans. Confirm that strategic objectives are well communicated, coordinated, and trackable via executive reporting dashboards. Ensure a robust and well-controlled transition of value creation plans to business-as-usual, ensuring sustainability in the ongoing business. Support agenda and content for Executive Committee and Board of Directors meetings. Assist in M&A target identification, due diligence, and integration planning. Conduct SWOT and market analyses; maintain competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions. Partner with Product leadership to align corporate strategy with product roadmaps and support strategic partnerships. What you bring to the team: Analytic, strategic, and structured thinker with entrepreneurial drive. Strong program management skills to drive multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment with limited supervision. Clear and effective communicator, both written and oral. Mature with a high level of integrity and ability to treat confidential information with discretion. Fiercely organized with the ability to juggle competing priorities seamlessly. Ability to simultaneously think strategically while navigating/internalizing the details. Strong preference for someone with top-tier strategic consulting experience, ideally at the Manager level. Interest in the technology/software and/or supply chain industries; though direct experience in the sector is not a requirement. Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred. Why join us?
