This marks the fourth consecutive year that Infinx India has achieved certification and the first time the company has earned recognition in the U.S. Location: Remote with ability to work in Eastern or Central Time Zones to facilitate collaboration with our international partners Summary Description Glidian is looking for an experienced Software Developer who will work as a full-stack developer on our prior authorization automation platform. You will work closely with our team of developers, operations staff, and product management to build the best experience for our users. As a Software Developer, you will have ownership over portions of our application and will influence how we grow our platform to meet customer expectations and strategic direction. Key Responsibilities Work with a wide range of technologies and systems to contribute to the full stack across Glidian's platform and products Build and maintain new features, APIs, integrations, and automation Establish best practices for software engineering Collaborate with product owners, the engineering team, and our operations teams to create a better future in healthcare Make use of data to quickly identify problems users are facing Influence our company's future direction and products through creative collaboration Your Day-to-Day Write code with a passion for your craft and an eagerness to learn new techniques Thoroughly test your code and add to our test suite; work with QA engineers to ensure customers have a bug-free experience and intelligent automations are traceable and accurate Follow our process for changing code with pull requests; refactor your code according to guidance and help review your teammate's code Plan Agile sprints and provide guidance during spring grooming, spring planning, and spring retrospectives Participate in daily stand-ups Be a supportive and collaborative teammate and introduce the team to new technologies you learn Requirements Passionate about innovating and transforming healthcare for the better 3+ years of professional experience as a full-stack developer Familiarity with our core stack: Typescript, modern JavaScript, NodeJS, React, Postgres, AWS Enjoy learning new skills and taking on challenges as part of a team Company Benefits and Perks Competitive salaries Paid time off and holidays Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Access to a 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Additional benefits, including Pet Care Coverage, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and discounted services Remote-first with flexible working hours Reimbursement for tools to support a productive remote environment An open work environment where everyone has a voice Work with fun, hardworking, and nice people who are committed to making a difference!
