About the Role As the Flowline Product Director at Infinite Lambda, you will take end-to-end ownership of our flagship Flowline product, driving its strategic direction, go-to-market (GTM) execution, and commercial success. This position will sit within the Product & Service Department, where you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and strategic partners to balance innovation, customer needs, and revenue goals. Flowline is a critical data orchestration platform that empowers enterprises to streamline complex data pipelines and unlock actionable insights. In this role, you'll step into a significant portion of the current leadership responsibilities, acting as the voice of the product both internally and externally. We're seeking a seasoned product leader who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, where your decisions directly shape Infinite Lambda's growth in the data analytics space. You will report to the Chief Product Officer and work closely with the CEO, sales and partner leadership. Anticipated start date: ASAP Location: Philadelphia, Chicago and Central United States Key Responsibilities Own the Product Roadmap: Develop with key stakeholders, maintain, and communicate a high-level product roadmap for Flowline, prioritizing features based on partners, customer feedback, and business objectives to ensure alignment with Infinite Lambda's overall strategy. Drive Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with key ecosystem partners (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and others) to shape joint offerings, align on GTM strategies, and coordinate activities such as proofs of concept, co-marketing initiatives, and integration roadmaps. Support Sales Enablement: Partner with the sales team to create and refine account-based plans, identify high-potential target accounts and use cases, and provide deep product insights during sales cycles to accelerate deal closure and expand customer adoption. Lead Product Marketing: Work hand-in-hand with marketing to brief and co-create campaigns, assets, and content; define core themes and storytelling that resonate with our audience; and review materials to ensure they align seamlessly with Flowline's product strategy and positioning. Act as Business Owner: Optimise product roadmap to support company objectives and gross margin targets Devise pricing strategy to achieve company goals e.g. funding expansion from existing customers via innovative payment & delivery milestones Package the offer in a way that makes it an obvious choise Be customer obsessed Manage the Flowline Engineering Lead and Flowline Product Marketing Lead Required Qualifications Experience 10+ years in product management or leadership roles, with a proven track record of owning end-to-end product lifecycles, including roadmap development, GTM launches, and driving commercial outcomes in a B2B SaaS or data/software environment. Strong hands-on experience collaborating with sales, marketing, and external partners to influence revenue growth and market penetration, ideally in data infrastructure, analytics, or cloud ecosystems. Demonstrated success representing products externally (e.g., at conferences, partner events, or customer meetings) and internally (e.g., to executives and cross-functional teams), with the gravitas to build trust and drive consensus. Consulting or startup background preferred, with exposure to US-based markets and high-stakes client engagements. Customer obsession and creating value for them Skills Roadmap development and prioritisation using modern tools Proficiency in GTM frameworks, including account planning, sales enablement, and partner co-selling.Strong analytical mindset to evaluate customer, partner and market data against commercial goals Ability to translate complex technical products into clear value stories for executives, partners and technical buyers Comfortable presenting at conferences, partner events and customer meetings Ability to work in a highly agile and ever changing environment Ability and willingness to travel nationally and internationally Mindset Entrepreneurial and customer-obsessed, with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in ambiguity while maintaining strategic focus. Rapid decision making with quick ability to pivot Collaborative leader who excels at influencing without authority, fostering alignment across diverse stakeholders. Confident and empathetic communicator, comfortable navigating executive discussions and team-level execution. Preferred Qualifications Deep familiarity with data orchestration, ETL/ELT tools, or modern data stacks (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran). Experience scaling products in competitive markets, with metrics-driven decision-making (e.g., ARR growth, churn reduction). Working knowledge of agile product development and cross-functional team leadership. Interview Process: Introductory call with TABP: 45 minutes Case Study: Design a Flowline go to market strategy and a high level product roadmap, create an offer for the packaged Flowline service.
