The Opportunity We’re looking for a high-potential recent graduate or early-career technologist eager to grow into a CTO role. You’ll work directly with our founding team on product architecture, AI integration, and user experience design for a world-changing platform. This is not a traditional “junior” job — it’s an entrepreneurial apprenticeship designed for someone with the drive and imagination to become a future technology leader. You’ll Get To: Collaborate with senior engineers and founders on mobile and AI product development. Build, train, and test AI models for storytelling, user insights, and community engagement. Learn how to scale real-world systems through the Blackbaud ecosystem. Participate in product sprints, design reviews, and strategy sessions. Contribute creative ideas that shape the evolution of the BGiving platform. Ideal Candidate: Recent graduate in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field. Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, or React Native. Interest in social impact, nonprofit tech, and global development. Self-starter with an experimental, growth-oriented mindset.
